She started experimenting with different types of spices and food and found the love and joy in providing food to the community.
Naturally, she began catering a variety of dishes to communities and events in Auckland.
She loves mixing many different spices along with reinventing her own taste and recipes.
Which was where Shubh was established on Sandringham Rd, through the idea of simple yet affordable mouth watering taste of North Indian Punjabi food.
Shubh began serving a huge variety of vegetarian dishes only at the Sandringham store.
Three years later in 2013, she established the Onehunga store where meat dishes became available to non-vegetarians lovers.
Shubh's motto is quality over quantity with fresh produce. Shubh prides on carefully selected fresh veggies from her local Punjabi farmers.
